Our focus is to brew beer styles from around the world to represent the best that the international craft beer community has to offer.
We will brew with the local area in mind as we source fresh fruit from our nearby community partners for our seasonal beer offerings. Being home brewers ourselves, we love the home brew community and will encourage local home brewers and guests to brew with us their favorite styles of beer to be served on our "guest tap".

A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale, showcasing modern American hop varieties.
A pale, refreshing German wheat bier with high carbonation, dry finish, a fluffy mouthfeel, and a distinctive banana-and-clove yeast character.
A malt-focused, rich, toasty, and caramelly beer with only enough hops to balance the malt.
A malty, brown caramel-centric British ale without the roasted flavors of a Porter or Stout.
An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, and smooth mouthfeel. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs but always massively hop forward.
Witbier, Dubbel and Tripel will rotate through the menu as we brew like the monks.
A pale lager without strong flavors, well-balanced and highly carbonated. Served cold, it is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
A very dark, full-bodied, roasty, malty ale with a complementary oatmeal flavor.
